Maintenance
Scale maintenance
Without professional maintenance, the service life of many scales and systems is severely limited. We guarantee regular maintenance of scales and systems. The intervals and measures of our maintenance contracts, which are individually adapted to your scales and systems, ensure plannable maintenance costs. Regular maintenance minimizes downtime and ensures a longer working life for your scales or equipment.
Calibration
Calibration of your scale
We take care of the verification of all your scales: As a certified company according to ISO 9001:2000, MeWa GmbH is authorized to perform manufacturer verification. For scales that are used in legal transactions, such as Class III approved medical scales, we perform the conformity assessment before commissioning. We also take care of official recalibrations at your premises. We coordinate appointments with the responsible verification office and organize the verification vehicle for your truck scales. As far as possible, we take care of all official procedures for you.
Repair
Scale repair
We repair your scales in our workshop quickly, cost-effectively and independently of the manufacturer. So that you can continue weighing while your scales are being repaired in our workshop, we are happy to provide you with scales on loan. This way, nothing will jam on your scale. If your scale is beyond repair, we will help you select a new unit. Our experts are also quick to help with on-site repairs.
Assembly
Scale assembly
You can rely on our experienced installation teams for the installation and assembly of scales. Installation is always carried out from A-Z according to our motto. This means: The MeWa team is at your site until the truck scale, track scale, floor scale & Co. or the system is up and running. Anything else is out of the question for us. Of course, at the same time we instruct your employees in the operation in such a way that errors are avoided and smooth operation is ensured.

Spare parts for each scale
Load cells, force inputs, indicators, weighing kits ... whatever can break on your scales, we have either in stock or procured in no time. Thanks to our large partner network, we have quick access to spare parts of all common brands. You can be sure that you are in good hands with us for all your spare parts needs. Measurement safety
Measurement protection of scales
At intervals agreed with you, we will be happy to check how accurately your scales weigh. For this purpose we are certified according to ISO 9001:2008. We check with weights connected to the European standard. Measurement assurance by us guarantees that you work and act in a quality-assured manner. Where necessary, we also offer calibration of scales according to DAkkS (formerly DKD).
